Privacy notice
How we collect, use and protect your information when you visit this site or contact us. Written to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and a description of why you are contacting us. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer) from the hosting platform.
We do not run analytics, advertising tags, or third-party tracking on this site. We do not use cookies for marketing.
Why we collect it
We use what you send us solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare for any meeting you have requested, and provide you with the service or quote you have asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your information with any third party for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are retained for as long as the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain a record of correspondence. Once an enquiry has been resolved and the retention period has lapsed, we delete the message unless we have a contractual or legal reason to keep it.
Who we share it with
Your contact-form submission is delivered by email to Nautilus partners Wellen and Karl. It is hosted on Afrihost's South African mail infrastructure. We do not transfer your personal information outside South Africa for any other purpose. If we need to engage a supplier or partner to help fulfil your request, we will tell you first and only share what is necessary.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to ask us:
- What information we hold about you
- To correct anything that is wrong
- To delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
- To stop using your information for a specific purpose
Email wellen@ns3.co.za with the words "POPIA request" in the subject line, and we will respond inside thirty calendar days.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookie that may be set is a session cookie placed by our hosting platform for technical purposes — it expires when you close the browser.

Changes to this notice
If we change anything material in this notice, we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, for active engagements, let you know directly.
