The platform

Standard telematics · properly configured

GotYou is a vehicle and asset telematics platform. Nautilus handles procurement, installation, configuration and ongoing support. Six core capabilities, set up around your operation.

01

Live vehicle tracking

Real-time GPS position of every vehicle on a single map. Know where each unit is, what it is doing and how long it has been there — from any device, at any time.

02

Geofencing & zone alerts

Define operational boundaries — sites, depots, routes — and receive an alert when a vehicle enters or leaves. Useful for site access control, after-hours movement and route compliance.

03

Route history & playback

A full record of every trip: the route taken, stops made and time at each location. Available for any vehicle on any date — useful for delivery verification, dispute resolution and operational review.

04

Fuel monitoring

Track fuel levels and consumption across the fleet. Identify excessive usage, deviation from expected consumption and potential misuse — across vehicles, sites or time periods.

05

Driver behaviour

Speeding, harsh braking, excessive idling and after-hours use are flagged automatically. Useful for managing operational risk, reducing vehicle wear and supporting driver accountability.

06

Reporting & dashboards

Scheduled reports by email, configurable dashboards and data export to PDF, Excel and CSV. Custom dashboards by DataPortal — configured for your ops team.

02

Industry applications

The platform is the same · the configuration is yours

Alert rules, reporting templates and geofence structures are set up around how your industry actually operates. The same platform serves different operational needs — configured differently for each deployment.

Logistics & transport

Route compliance, delivery verification and fuel monitoring across short-haul and long-haul fleets. Live visibility of every vehicle in transit — with alerts for deviation, delay and after-hours movement.

Construction

Site vehicle and plant tracking across single or multiple active sites. Equipment utilisation, after-hours movement alerts and multi-site visibility — with geofences configured around your site boundaries.

Energy & utilities

Field team vehicle tracking across distributed infrastructure. Remote-asset and field-service visibility, scheduled reporting and zone alerts for vehicles operating around sensitive or remote sites.

Agriculture

Farm vehicle and equipment tracking across large landholdings. After-hours movement alerts, fuel monitoring for heavy equipment and generators, and operational visibility across properties that are difficult to supervise directly.

03

What gets fitted

The hardware — fitted and owned outright

Devices are invoiced in your name on fitment. You own the hardware from day one — no rental, no proprietary lock-in to the device.

Primary tracker

Teltonika FMC920

Live GPS, standard I/O, the default tracker for most deployments. Reliable, open-protocol and VESA-approved — the seal SA insurers require for vehicle-cover fitment.

VESA approved

Industrial tracker

Galileosky 10

For harsh-environment deployments — extended I/O, CANbus depth and durable construction. Suited to heavy plant, agricultural equipment and vehicles operating in demanding conditions.

Platform

Wialon

The telematics platform behind GotYou — live map, geofencing, configurable alert rules, driver behaviour scoring and API access. Cloud-hosted, configured and supported by Nautilus.

Pricing

Every operation is different · so is every quote

We do not sell packages. Your fleet size, geographic footprint, hardware mix and reporting requirements determine what you need. Every quote is written line by line from your actual numbers.

What we ask before we quote

  • Fleet size and vehicle types · current mix of light and heavy vehicles
  • Geographic footprint · number of sites, provinces covered, urban or remote
  • Hardware requirements · tracker type and any specific I/O or environmental requirements
  • Reporting needs · daily summaries, exception alerts, management reports
  • Existing systems · any fleet management, dispatch or ERP integrations required
  • API integration requirements · any third-party platforms the telematics data needs to feed into

Line-item quote · no hidden fees

Every quote shows platform fee, hardware, fitment and any optional add-ons as separate line items. You see what each costs and decide what is in or out.

24 hours

Typical turnaround from first conversation to written quote · business hours · by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Questions & answers

What fleet managers usually ask first

Can we start with a small number of vehicles and expand later?

Yes. There is no minimum fleet size. Most clients begin with a portion of their fleet, confirm the platform suits their operation, and add vehicles as needed. Hardware is yours from the first fitment.

What does the monthly fee cover?

The monthly subscription covers platform access, hosting, live tracking, reporting and standard support. Hardware is a once-off cost invoiced on fitment. There are no hidden fees — every line item is quoted separately before you commit.

Do you install and support outside Gauteng?

Gauteng fitments are handled directly by Nautilus. For KZN, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and other regions, we work with vetted installation partners under our oversight. Support is managed centrally regardless of where your fleet operates.

What happens to the hardware if we cancel?

You own it. Devices are invoiced to you on fitment, in your name. If you cancel the monthly platform subscription, the hardware stays in your vehicles. No clawback.

Can the platform integrate with our existing systems?

Wialon, the platform behind GotYou, supports open API access. We scope integration requirements during the initial consultation — if your existing fleet management or ERP system is unusual, we will confirm compatibility before quoting.
