Step 01
You set a PIN
A 4–12 tap sequence on your steering-wheel buttons — volume, window, anything you choose. Your existing buttons get a hidden second function, so to anyone watching, you're fiddling with the radio.
Step 02
No PIN · no crank
Doesn't matter if they have your key, broke the device, or pulled the battery — the engine simply won't start without your sequence.
Step 03
If they take it anyway
You hand over the key — don't fight. The car drives off (deliberately — if it cut at the gate, they'd turn the gun on you). 400–600 m later, the engine quietly cuts, doors unlock, and they run.

What buyers usually ask first
Does the install void my factory warranty?
No. carGuardian is fitted non-destructively — no cut wires, no drilled panels. The factory warranty stays intact. Every installation is handled by VESA-certified fitters — recognised by major SA insurers and manufacturers.
What if I forget my PIN?
The device carries a secret backup PIN stored securely on the unit — you won't know it, and that's intentional. If you ever forget your sequence, use the app or your key fob and make your way to our fitment centre. We'll verify who you are, reissue a new PIN on the spot, and get you back on the road. No charge.
What happens if the car battery dies?
The PIN sequence is stored inside the device — a flat battery doesn't erase or reset it. When the car battery comes back, you tap your code and it starts, same as always. It remembers.
When is carGuardian available for installation?
carGuardian launches Q3 2026. Fitment slots are open to reserve now — free to reserve, pay only on the day your vehicle is fitted, cancel anytime before installation.
